• Information you give us when you contact us (name, company, title, email address, and your message)
• Information you give us when you apply as a creator (name, email address, social accounts, follower counts, links to posts)
• Information you enter when booking a call through our scheduling tool, Calendly (name, email address, answers, and booking time)
• Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type)
• A cookie that remembers your language setting (see section 6)

3. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and consultations
• To propose, enter into, and perform service agreements
• To review creator applications, share campaign opportunities, and manage creator contracts and payments
• To improve the Site and our services
• To comply with laws and requests from authorities

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

With a creator's consent, we may share their application details with client brands when proposing them for a campaign.

5. Service providers and international transfers

We use the following service providers to run the Site and deliver our services. They are based mainly in the United States, so personal information may be stored and processed outside Japan. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

• Vercel (hosting and website analytics; Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and processes only non-identifying statistics)
• Calendly (call scheduling)
• Our email provider (handling inquiries and applications)

6. Cookies

The Site uses one cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the language you choose in the header. It is used only for that purpose, not for advertising or tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

The Calendly scheduler embedded on our booking page may set its own cookies under Calendly's policies.

7. Security

We take appropriate measures, such as access control, to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

8. Your requests

You may ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using or sharing the personal information we hold about you. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly as required by law. Please contact eito@makeglow.xyz.

9. If you are in the EEA or the UK

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, under applicable law. We process personal data to respond to and fulfill your requests (preparing or performing a contract), to improve the Site (legitimate interests), or with your consent.

We may update this policy as needed. We will post significant changes on the Site.
