Why MakeGlow exists
From October 2025 to September 2026, Eito led marketing at NoimosAI and built a UGC program with 20 Japanese creators. Their videos went on to reach more than 100 million views.
The lesson was simple: Japanese users respond to people, not translations. When a creator explains a product in their own words and their own style, it lands in a way a translated ad rarely does.
For companies outside Japan, getting there is hard. Finding the right creators, briefing them in Japanese, managing schedules and payments, and knowing which formats work all take a local team that most companies don't have yet.
Eito founded MakeGlow in October 2026 to be that team, so global AI, SaaS, and app brands can grow in Japan with content that feels native from day one.
