Terms of Use

Effective: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Eito Orii, doing business as MakeGlow ("MakeGlow", "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to browsing the Site and to inquiries, bookings, and creator applications made through it.

Our UGC marketing and other services, including scope, fees, and conditions, are governed by a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, design, and other content on the Site belong to MakeGlow or their rightful owners. You may not copy, republish, or modify them beyond what the law allows without permission.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Submitting inquiries, bookings, or applications with false information
  • Interfering with the Site, or gaining or attempting unauthorized access
  • Infringing the rights of MakeGlow or others
  • Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

4. Creator applications

Applying does not guarantee that we will offer you a campaign or a contract. Campaign terms are shared with you before you take part. Application details are handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Information and past results

We work to keep the Site accurate but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.

Results attributed to our founder were achieved before MakeGlow was founded and do not guarantee any particular outcome from our services.

6. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. External sites

The Site may link to external sites such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes to the Site

We may change the content of the Site or stop operating it without notice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Site.
